Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch and manage long-term profitability with a commercial eye for detail and KPIs
• Ensure an unforgettable shopping experience by maintaining high service and efficiency levels
• Manage and provide continuous training for staff in collaboration with the leadership team
• Maintain a daily presence on the sales floor to lead by example in customer contact
• Oversee regular inventory checks and ensure strict adherence to visual merchandising guidelines

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Team Leader within textile retail
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs, commercial context, and retail results
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills to manage tasks in stressful situations
• An eye for detail and a sense for visual merchandising to guarantee a pleasant store environment
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
