About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the branch and manage long-term profitability with a commercial eye for detail and KPIs
- Ensure an unforgettable shopping experience by maintaining high service and efficiency levels
- Manage and provide continuous training for staff in collaboration with the leadership team
- Maintain a daily presence on the sales floor to lead by example in customer contact
- Oversee regular inventory checks and ensure strict adherence to visual merchandising guidelines
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Team Leader within textile retail
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, commercial context, and retail results
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills to manage tasks in stressful situations
- An eye for detail and a sense for visual merchandising to guarantee a pleasant store environment
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
