Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the store and take responsibility for long-term profitability and efficient operations
• Monitor commercial KPIs and use data to identify strengths and weaknesses within the branch
• Manage and develop the retail team, including overseeing their ongoing training and professional growth
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and lead by example in customer interactions
• Address customer feedback and suggestions to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Oversee regular stock controls and ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising guidelines

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally within the fashion retail sector
• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Team Leader in textile retail
• Ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts with empathy and professionalism
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, MS Office, and commercial KPIs
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Good English language skills (written and spoken)
