Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch and ensure long-term profitability through commercial insight and KPI management
• Provide an unforgettable shopping experience by maintaining high service and efficiency levels
• Manage and continuously train staff in collaboration with the leadership team
• Maintain a daily presence on the sales floor to lead by example in customer contact
• Oversee regular stock control and ensure strict adherence to visual merchandising guidelines

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is required
• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Team Leader within textile retail
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs and commercial results
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent organizational skills
• A keen eye for visual merchandising and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
