Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Empower, inspire, and develop the store team to achieve performance goals and business objectives
• Promote a customer-centric and safety-first culture with a continuous improvement mindset
• Manage daily operations including inventory management, housekeeping, and task delegation
• Drive sales growth and achieve store budgets through effective leadership
• Uphold all service of alcohol guidelines and compliance standards
• Tailor store presentation and community activities to inspire local customers

Requirements

• Proven experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on people development and coaching
• A collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Knowledge of and commitment to service of alcohol guidelines
• Ability to foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-energy team culture
