Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Empower, inspire, and develop the store team to achieve performance goals and business objectives
• Promote a customer-centric and safety-first culture with a continuous improvement mindset
• Manage daily operations including inventory management, housekeeping, and task delegation
• Drive sales and achieve budgets through effective leadership and local community engagement
• Uphold strict service of alcohol guidelines and compliance standards
• Identify and deliver on growth opportunities and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on people development and coaching
• A collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Knowledge of and commitment to service of alcohol guidelines
• Ability to lead by example and foster a diverse, inclusive, and winning team culture
