Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Empower, inspire, and develop the store team to achieve performance goals and business objectives
• Promote a customer-centric and safety-first culture with a continuous improvement mindset
• Manage daily operations including inventory management, housekeeping, and task delegation
• Drive sales and achieve budgets through effective leadership and local community engagement
• Uphold all service of alcohol guidelines and compliance standards
• Identify and deliver on growth opportunities and key performance indicators

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and develop others
• Strong collaborative problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of and commitment to service of alcohol guidelines
• Ability to foster a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere
