Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences
• Act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, role-modeling Burberry behaviors and driving brand passion
• Drive commercial growth and store performance through excellent operational and commercial execution
• Monitor, coach, and provide feedback to the team to elevate service standards and product knowledge
• Maintain a luxury environment by ensuring strict adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Nurture long-term customer relationships and cultivate brand loyalty
• Manage talent through effective recruitment, staff development, and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with all corporate standards, health and safety policies, and retail legislation

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a luxury brand or high-end service environment
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing talent and driving excellence
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Digital awareness and the ability to leverage digital assets to enhance customer experience
• Solid understanding of local employment and retail legislation
• A passion for fashion and a deep interest in the luxury ethos
• Ability to maintain a commercial mindset and identify opportunities for growth
