Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-standard retail team to provide exceptional customer service and meet store objectives
• Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Maximize sales and minimize shrinkage by utilizing all available store resources and effective team management
• Ensure product displays meet global visual and merchandising standards
• Oversee staff training regarding sales techniques and product knowledge
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and store operations, providing guidance to the team as needed
• Control store loss and manage labor costs and staff turnover within budget
• Conduct regular store audits and maintain high standards of housekeeping and retail floor presentation
• Provide effective democratic leadership and manage employee performance through regular feedback and training

Requirements

• Associate degree or above
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• 5+ years of retail experience
• Basic computer skills and basic financial knowledge
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and perform data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in apparel, fashion, or a related luxury industry
