Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences
• Act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, role modeling Burberry behaviors and driving brand engagement
• Drive commercial growth and store performance through excellent operational and commercial execution
• Monitor, coach, and provide feedback to the team to elevate service standards and product knowledge
• Maintain a luxury environment by ensuring strict adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Drive the use of digital assets to enhance the customer journey
• Manage talent through effective recruitment, staff development, and succession planning
• Nurture long-term customer relationships and embed customer-focused behaviors across the team
• Ensure compliance with all corporate standards, policies, and local health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a luxury brand or high-end service environment
• Fluency in the local language and English
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive sales and productivity
• Digital awareness with the ability to navigate social media and e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of local employment and retail legislation
• A passion for fashion and a luxury ethos
• Flexibility to work as required to meet the needs of the store
