Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Use statistical information and market knowledge to create action plans to achieve financial, customer-service, and operational goals.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent by building a strong candidate pipeline and providing continuous feedback.
• Engage with customers to build long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
• Oversee all controllable expenses, including payroll and training, to maximize store profitability.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising, visual displays, and floor sets are met consistently.
• Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, POS transactions, and executing management functions.
• Model company values of respect, integrity, teamwork, and accountability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
