Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Use market knowledge and statistical information to create action plans to achieve financial, customer service, and operational goals.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent by building a strong candidate pipeline and providing continuous feedback.
• Drive sales by demonstrating deep product knowledge and engaging with customers to build brand loyalty.
• Oversee all store operations, including merchandising standards, floor sets, and visual expectations.
• Manage controllable expenses such as payroll and training to maximize store profitability.
• Lead and motivate the team by communicating clear expectations and holding staff accountable to results.
• Schedule employees based on their strengths to maximize productivity and ensure coverage.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager in a similar volume apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong leadership, talent development, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and operate with a sense of urgency.
