About the role
Responsibilities
- Use statistical information and market knowledge to create action plans to achieve financial and operational goals
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent individuals
- Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty
- Oversee controllable expenses such as payroll and training to increase profitability
- Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently
- Perform POS transactions and execute management functions as needed
- Complete a 6-week Brooks Brothers Store Training program prior to permanent placement
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Store Manager or regional manager in a similar volume apparel business preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Ability to relocate nationwide
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other store locations
