Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Use statistical information and market knowledge to create action plans to achieve financial and operational goals
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent individuals
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty
• Oversee controllable expenses such as payroll and training to increase profitability
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently
• Perform POS transactions and execute management functions as needed
• Complete a 6-week Brooks Brothers Store Training program prior to permanent placement

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Store Manager or regional manager in a similar volume apparel business preferred
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to relocate nationwide
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other store locations
