Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales and profitability goals
• Build and maintain loyal customer relationships through exceptional service and brand engagement
• Oversee all aspects of shop-in-shop operations, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Ensure consistent store standards for merchandising, visual displays, and floor sets
• Communicate clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance results
• Manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency and professional composure

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager in an apparel business
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and statistical expectations
• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and empower team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume retail environments
• Ability to travel occasionally to other store locations or attend district meetings
