Store Manager (Brand Leader)

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of managers and stylists to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
• Take full ownership of the store's commercial success, including KPI performance, payroll, and profit protection.
• Drive sales through effective floor sets, product knowledge training, and strategic collection launches.
• Develop team talent through annual appraisals, objective setting, and continuous coaching.
• Manage all operational areas including stockroom operations, health & safety, and recruitment.
• Build strong relationships with local community partners and concession stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and progressing talent.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to use reporting technologies to drive commercial decisions.
• Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to influence partners.
• A genuine passion for fashion and the ability to act as a brand ambassador.
• High level of digital literacy and a natural affinity for learning new systems.
• Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
