Responsibilities

• Lead and animate your team by training, supporting, and setting clear objectives
• Drive performance by defining objectives, monitoring KPIs, and implementing action plans
• Ensure optimal organization by coordinating personnel and respecting internal procedures
• Create an unforgettable customer experience by guaranteeing a welcoming environment and driving service sales
• Contribute to commercial success by collaborating on the store's commercial policy

Requirements

• Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in commerce or management
• Proven experience in team management and motivation
• Strong analytical and argumentation skills
• Highly organized with a strong sense of teamwork and service
