Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Animate and lead the team by training, supporting, and setting clear objectives
• Drive store performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing effective action plans
• Optimize organization by coordinating personnel, logistics, and stock reliability
• Ensure an unforgettable customer experience through service quality and attractive promotions
• Contribute to commercial success by collaborating on store commercial policy

Requirements

• Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in commerce or management
• Proven experience in team management and motivation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with a strong sense of teamwork and service
