Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Bottega Veneta boutique in Frankfurt
• Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance and service excellence
• Drive sales performance and implement business development strategies to meet targets
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and administrative tasks
• Develop and execute clienteling strategies to build and maintain long-term luxury relationships
• Ensure the boutique maintains impeccable visual merchandising and brand standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury retail store management
• Strong skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and business development
• Demonstrated ability to implement effective clientele and retention strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English is required
