Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales plan expectations and maximize store profitability
• Lead sales efforts on the floor and provide exceptional customer service
• Recruit, train, and mentor Brand Ambassadors to maintain a high-performing team
• Manage controllable expenses including payroll, supplies, and shrinkage
• Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Perform daily paperwork reconciliation and operational tasks
• Protect store assets and manage inventory to reduce shrinkage
• Create elevated client experiences through in-store and virtual design consultations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Store Manager position
• Full understanding of specialty retail operations, HR, and visual merchandising
• Knowledge of retail math and cash management
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with G-Suite, Word, and Excel
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
