Responsibilities

• Pilot daily restaurant operations with energy and high standards
• Recruit, train, and integrate team members from interview to autonomy
• Guarantee product quality, customer experience, and HACCP compliance
• Monitor and optimize key indicators including revenue, stock, costs, and labor costs
• Manage cash registers and end-of-day closures
• Analyze results and propose concrete improvement actions

Requirements

• Solid experience in team management, ideally in fast food/quick service
• Natural leadership and strong organizational skills
• High standards regarding quality, hygiene, and procedures
• Ability to unite and motivate a team
• Ability to handle high-pressure service periods and maintain calm during follow-up tasks
