About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including sales generation, profit management, and expense control
- Recruit, interview, and hire staff while managing succession planning and personnel development
- Train, supervise, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and store-wide sales goals
- Develop staff work schedules, including meal periods, breaks, and overtime management
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as directed by field leadership
- Resolve customer service concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Supervise cash handling, bank procedures, and accounting of all cash flow
- Manage payroll budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention standards
- Maintain a clean and organized cash wrap and backroom area
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- At least two years of retail management experience
- Proficiency in retail mathematical equations
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to operate POS systems and other store computer applications
