Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and meeting financial plans.
• Strategize to drive key performance indicators including Conversion, Units Per Transaction, and Sales Per Hour.
• Recruit, hire, and develop store personnel, including management-level staff.
• Manage employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and onboarding processes.
• Oversee store operations including payroll scheduling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure compelling product presentation and storytelling.
• Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and community engagement.

Requirements

• Progressive retail leadership experience with a proven track record in supervision and coaching.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform essential functions such as standing, walking, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong decision-making skills and a growth mindset.
