Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and payroll processing for retail staff
• Hire and onboard retail employees
• Develop and implement training programs for product knowledge and customer service
• Support day-to-day operations of the Silver Lake retail store
• Manage product receiving, back-of-house storage, and monthly inventory counts
• Own and report on key store performance metrics and customer feedback
• Lead preparation and execution of product drops, launches, and pop-up stores
• Drive floor presentation and merchandising to brand standards

Requirements

• 2-4 years of retail store manager experience
• High attention to detail with a customer-first attitude
• Ownership mentality and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous environments
• Availability to work weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in specialty run or apparel stores
• Start-up experience
• Experience using Shopify POS and admin
• A connection to the sport of running
