Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and embody brand standards
- Take proactive ownership of store operations to hit financial objectives
- Drive brand awareness through community events and partnerships
- Analyze business opportunities and implement action plans using company tools
- Manage team KPIs, sales goals, and provide continuous coaching
- Develop team members through a culture of learning and feedback
- Lead inventory cycle counts and manage loss prevention
- Recruit, hire, and maintain appropriate headcount
Requirements
- Extensive elevated customer service and managerial experience
- Proven leadership skills with strong business acumen
- Experience managing a team, including recruiting and hiring
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
