About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and embodies brand standards
- Take proactive ownership of store operations to hit financial objectives and maintain compliance
- Drive brand awareness through community events and partnerships
- Analyze business opportunities and implement action plans using company tools
- Manage team performance through KPIs, coaching, and continuous feedback
- Lead inventory cycle counts and manage loss prevention
- Recruit, hire, and maintain appropriate headcount
- Lead weekly leadership meetings to align on strategy and long-term solutions
Requirements
- Extensive elevated customer service and managerial experience in retail
- Proven leadership skills with strong business acumen
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and retaining a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
