Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and embodies brand standards
• Take proactive ownership of store operations to hit financial objectives and maintain compliance
• Drive brand awareness through community events and partnerships
• Analyze business opportunities and implement action plans using company tools
• Manage team performance through KPIs, coaching, and continuous feedback
• Lead inventory cycle counts and manage loss prevention
• Recruit, hire, and maintain appropriate headcount
• Lead weekly leadership meetings to align on strategy and long-term solutions

Requirements

• Extensive elevated customer service and managerial experience in retail
• Proven leadership skills with strong business acumen
• Experience recruiting, hiring, and retaining a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
