Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and develop store personnel
• Lead daily store operations and manage commercial department activities
• Motivate employees to excel in their roles and improve overall productivity
• Ensure clear communication within the team and provide timely updates
• Address customer concerns professionally to ensure a "WOW!" service experience
• Manage opening and closing procedures and oversee safety/risk management protocols
• Monitor sales productivity, store appearance, and merchandising excellence
• Manage cash flow, inventory, and security controls to optimize profitability
• Analyze and reconcile P&L statements to track store performance

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Proven leadership experience with strong decision-making and sales drive
• Competency in managing, analyzing, and reconciling P&L statements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and deliver merchandise safely
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
