About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, recruit, train, and develop store personnel to ensure high productivity and a positive work culture.
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and emergency protocols.
  • Drive sales performance and maintain store appearance and merchandising excellence.
  • Oversee cash flow, inventory management, and security controls to optimize profitability.
  • Analyze and reconcile Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to track store performance.
  • Address customer concerns professionally to ensure "WOW!" customer service.
  • Manage risk and safety activities, ensuring compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) standards.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail or high-energy environment.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and sales drive skills.
  • Competency in managing and analyzing P&L statements.
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise with attention to safety.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
