About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, train, and develop store personnel to ensure high productivity and a positive work culture.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and emergency protocols.
- Drive sales performance and maintain store appearance and merchandising excellence.
- Oversee cash flow, inventory management, and security controls to optimize profitability.
- Analyze and reconcile Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to track store performance.
- Address customer concerns professionally to ensure "WOW!" customer service.
- Manage risk and safety activities, ensuring compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) standards.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a retail or high-energy environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and sales drive skills.
- Competency in managing and analyzing P&L statements.
- Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise with attention to safety.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
