Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, and execute actions to ensure company standards are met and sales objectives are achieved.
• Provide continuous training to staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor daily KPIs including DIY and Commercial sales, store execution, shrink control, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and coordinate work plans according to business needs and available resources.
• Manage efficient inventory administration through preventive plans focused on shrink control.
• Supervise the correct execution of operational policies regarding inventory, returns, cash registers, and personnel management.
• Make critical decisions regarding customer service, returns, and loss prevention investigations.

Requirements

• Completed university degree.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scanner technology.
• Availability to relocate.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday.
