Store Manager Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver standout service and sales results
• Coach and motivate team members to drive performance and professional growth
• Step in to guide the team and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
• Drive consumer engagement by building product knowledge and upholding brand standards
• Oversee operational excellence, including merchandising execution and inventory controls
• Manage store scheduling and ensure compliance with loss prevention practices
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of talent

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail store management experience
• Flexible availability to support varying business needs
• Strong communication skills to build trust with teams and customers
• Proven experience in coaching peers and newer staff members
• Excellent priority management skills during busy retail periods
• Reliable follow-through on commitments and deadlines
