Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to achieve revenue targets and define individual goals for sales advisors
• Analyze sales reports and data to implement effective business strategies
• Motivate the team and ensure a deep understanding of KPIs to improve collective performance
• Oversee customer service quality and resolve client complaints effectively
• Manage store operations including inventory, POS procedures, and staff scheduling
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand directives
• Lead human resources tasks including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Store Manager
• Proven experience in luxury or fashion retail
• Expertise in visual merchandising
• Ability to analyze sales reports and react quickly to business needs
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
