About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive performance to achieve sales targets and KPIs while maximizing profitability
- Analyze sales reports and data to set business strategies and individual objectives
- Manage POS usage, cash control procedures, and inventory movement
- Maintain boutique image and execute merchandising directives and visual strategies
- Ensure high levels of customer service and manage the client database to increase loyalty
- Resolve client problems and manage special events such as collection previews
- Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team
- Develop individual objectives and development plans for staff
- Manage human resources issues in partnership with the HR team
