Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive performance to achieve sales targets and KPIs while maximizing profitability
• Analyze sales reports and data to set business strategies and individual objectives
• Manage POS usage, cash control procedures, and inventory movement
• Maintain boutique image and execute merchandising directives and visual strategies
• Ensure high levels of customer service and manage the client database to increase loyalty
• Resolve client problems and manage special events such as collection previews
• Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team
• Develop individual objectives and development plans for staff
• Manage human resources issues in partnership with the HR team
