Responsibilities

• Drive performance to achieve sales targets and KPIs to maximize profitability
• Analyze sales reports and data to determine business needs and set strategies
• Manage boutique operations including POS usage, cash control, and inventory monitoring
• Maintain boutique image and execute merchandising directives and visual guidelines
• Ensure high levels of customer service and manage the client database to increase loyalty
• Plan and execute special events such as collection previews and client events
• Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing boutique team
• Resolve human resources issues in partnership with the HR team

• Proven management and leadership skills
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Client-centric mindset and intelligence
• Ability to be reactive, flexible, and open-minded
• Fluency in English and Korean (other languages are a plus)
