Responsibilities

• Drive performance to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs and maximize profitability
• Analyze sales reports and data to determine business needs and set strategies
• Ensure staff is trained in POS usage and maintenance
• Manage cash control procedures including bank deposits and petty cash
• Monitor inventory movement and adhere to transferring/receiving policies
• Maintain boutique image and execute merchandising directives
• Ensure associates provide the highest level of customer service
• Manage client database to increase sales and contact
• Resolve client problems and complaints effectively
• Manage special events including collection previews and client events
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team
• Conduct in-store training and one-on-one coaching
• Resolve human resources issues in a timely manner

• Fluency in Arabic and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in additional languages is a plus
