Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and analyze sales reports/data to implement business strategies
• Set individual goals for sales advisors and motivate team members through KPI management
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Manage store operations including maintenance, presentation, organization, and payment procedures
• Oversee inventory management, staff scheduling, and POS system training
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines and collaborate with logistics and marketing teams
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluation of employees

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager
• Experience in luxury/fashion retail and visual merchandising
• Fluency in English and German
• Ability to analyze sales reports and react quickly to data
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
