Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and analyze sales reports to implement business strategies
- Set individual goals for sales advisors and motivate the team using KPIs
- Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Manage store maintenance, presentation, organization, and inventory
- Oversee payment procedures, staff scheduling, and POS system training
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and collaborate with logistics and marketing teams
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluation of employees
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager
- Experience in luxury/fashion retail and visual merchandising
- Fluency in English and German
- Ability to analyze sales reports and react quickly
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability for flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
