About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve turnover objectives and analyze sales reports to implement business strategies
- Define individual objectives for sales advisors and motivate the team to improve KPIs
- Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve client complaints
- Manage store operations including maintenance, payment procedures, and expense control
- Oversee staff scheduling, inventory management, and POS training
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising directives and collaborate with logistics and marketing
- Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Store Manager
- Experience in luxury or fashion retail and visual merchandising
- Fluency in English
- Ability to analyze sales reports and react quickly
- Strong communication and organizational skills
