Responsibilities

• Achieve turnover targets and analyze sales reports to implement business strategies
• Define individual objectives and motivate team members to improve KPI performance
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Manage shop maintenance, organization, payment procedures, and staff schedules
• Oversee inventory management and POS procedure adherence
• Maintain merchandising guidelines and coordinate with logistics and marketing teams
• Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager
• Experience in luxury or fashion retail and visual merchandising
• Fluency in English
• Ability to analyze sales reports and react quickly to data
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
