Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional brand experience and drive commercial success at the Arnotts concession
• Support the brand leader in team development, recognizing achievements and identifying areas for improvement
• Plan and deliver monthly floor sets to promote new collections and drive sales across all categories
• Utilize reporting technologies to monitor shop floors daily, maximizing trade opportunities and reacting to risks
• Oversee stylist team members providing first-line customer support via online systems (email, chat, and calls)
• Manage employee-related matters in-store in collaboration with the brand leader

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a team to reach their full potential
• A genuine passion for fashion and the ability to act as an ambassador for the AllSaints brand
• Proven relationship management skills to create an inviting environment for customers and partners
• Strong business acumen and the ability to use commercial reporting to drive results
• Digital literacy and a natural affinity for learning new systems and processes
• Resilience and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
