Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the brand leader in managing and motivating the team to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
• Equip and incentivise the team with product knowledge, brand strategies, and people updates.
• Support the development of team members by recognizing achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
• Plan and deliver monthly floor sets to promote new collections and drive sales.
• Monitor shop floors daily using reporting technologies to maximize trade opportunities and react to risks.
• Oversee stylist team members responding to customer enquiries via online customer service systems (email, chat, and calls).
• Ensure floor management and stylist teams maintain high standards of presentation and brand pride.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a team to success.
• A genuine passion for fashion and the ability to act as a brand ambassador.
• Strong relationship management skills to create an inviting environment for customers and staff.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to use reporting technologies to drive commercial results.
• Digital literacy and a natural affinity for learning new systems and processes.
• Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to meet challenging targets and deadlines.
