Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of floor managers and stylists to deliver an exceptional brand experience
• Support the brand leader in team development, recognizing achievements and identifying areas for improvement
• Plan and deliver monthly floor sets to promote new collections and drive sales across all categories
• Utilize reporting technologies to monitor shop floor performance and react to trade opportunities or risks
• Oversee stylist support for first-line customer queries via online systems, including email, chat, and calls
• Ensure the team maintains high standards of presentation and brand pride

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a team to reach challenging targets
• A strong passion for fashion and a desire to act as a brand ambassador
• Excellent relationship management skills to create an inviting environment for customers and partners
• Strong business acumen and the ability to use commercial reporting to drive results
• Digital literacy and a natural affinity for learning new systems and processes
• Resilience, tenacity, and strong time management skills
