Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional brand experience and drive commercial success
• Support the Brand Leader in team development, recognizing achievements, and identifying areas for improvement
• Plan and deliver monthly floor sets to promote new collections and drive sales across all categories
• Utilize reporting technologies to monitor shop floors, maximize trade opportunities, and react to risks
• Oversee stylist team members responding to first-line customer enquiries via online systems (email, chat, calls)
• Ensure floor management and stylist teams maintain high standards of presentation and brand pride

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a team to reach challenging targets
• A genuine passion for fashion and the ability to act as an irresistible brand ambassador
• Strong relationship management skills to create an inviting environment for customers and partners
• Strong business acumen with the ability to use commercial reporting to drive results
• Digital literacy and a natural affinity for learning new systems and processes in a digital environment
• Resilience, tenacity, and excellent time management skills
