Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed targets by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a seamless customer experience
• Coach, train, and develop the team to maintain strong performance
• Ensure compliance with policies regarding loss prevention, payments, discounts, and returns
• Manage team scheduling for efficient store operations
• Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation
• Support daily operations including stocking and replenishment
• Build an engaged and inclusive team culture

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of hands-on management experience in retail or service
• Deep interest in fashion
• Natural leadership abilities and a growth mindset
• Customer-first approach with strong interpersonal skills
• Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
• Ability to stay on feet and lift up to 35 lbs
