About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and exceed targets by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a seamless customer experience
- Coach, train, and develop the team to maintain strong performance
- Ensure compliance with policies regarding loss prevention, payments, discounts, and returns
- Manage team scheduling for efficient store operations
- Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation
- Support daily operations including stocking and replenishment
- Build an engaged and inclusive team culture
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of hands-on management experience in retail or service
- Deep interest in fashion
- Natural leadership abilities and a growth mindset
- Customer-first approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
- Ability to stay on feet and lift up to 35 lbs
