Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by coaching team members and ensuring the store exceeds revenue and account growth targets
• Manage all store operations, including P&L, budgetary responsibilities, and cost controls to maximize profitability
• Lead the hiring, training, and professional development of employees to foster a high-performing team environment
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to achieve long-term business goals
• Monitor competitive market conditions and implement strategies to increase market share
• Resolve customer escalations and promote exceptional service standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a sales-focused role
• Proven experience in people management, preferably within a retail or distribution environment
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with active listening abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in store management with P&L responsibility
• Industry experience in security or low-voltage products
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to think strategically about business needs
