Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all salesfloor and stockroom operations to ensure excellent customer service and seamless daily functions
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop both management and non-management associates
• Coach staff on product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales performance
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and hours management
• Ensure all visual displays adhere to brand and corporate direction
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, and OMNI Channel operations
• Analyze business reporting to inform decision-making and drive results
• Protect store assets and oversee general store maintenance
• Perform opening and closing routines and operate Point of Sale systems

Requirements

• 2+ years of store management experience or relevant supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to assess and develop talent effectively
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask with accuracy
• Self-motivated with a strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends
