About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the business unit (Store or PAB), ensuring actions are directed toward commercial opportunities, service excellence, and infrastructure.
- Drive team results and career development through continuous training and capacity building.
- Supervise customer service within the store to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Manage NPS (Net Promoter Score) and daily sales targets, implementing improvement actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, bank regulations, and established procedures.
- Visit the micro-region to foster new business and acquire new clients.
- Execute engagement actions to motivate and lead the team.
Requirements
- CPA 10 certification (ANBIMA).
- Completed university degree.
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager (PF or PJ).
- Experience in people management.
- Mobility for field visits.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA 20 or CEA certification.
- Post-graduate degree.
