About the role
Responsibilities
- Communicate On’s values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions
- Hire and manage schedules for store advisors and collaborate with the Talent team on administration and development
- Establish external partnerships to boost community engagement
- Drive store performance and monitor relevant KPIs
- Oversee inventory management and Back-of-House processes
- Support the piloting and implementation of new retail solutions
- Execute product strategy and work with sales planning and retail marketing teams for visual merchandising
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a customer-focused setting
- 3+ years of managerial experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak Korean and English
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for consecutive hours and lift up to 25 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Operational retail experience in premium, sports, tech, or fashion environments
- Experience creating interactive and meaningful customer experiences
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong organizational skills
