About the role

Responsibilities

  • Communicate On’s values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions
  • Hire and manage schedules for store advisors and collaborate with the Talent team on administration and development
  • Establish external partnerships to boost community engagement
  • Drive store performance and monitor relevant KPIs
  • Oversee inventory management and Back-of-House processes
  • Support the piloting and implementation of new retail solutions
  • Execute product strategy and work with sales planning and retail marketing teams for visual merchandising

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-focused setting
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Korean and English
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for consecutive hours and lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Operational retail experience in premium, sports, tech, or fashion environments
  • Experience creating interactive and meaningful customer experiences
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong organizational skills
