About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Kwik Star team to achieve daily goals and ensure store profitability
- Recruit, hire, and train coworkers to maintain high performance standards
- Oversee merchandising, inventory control, and general store supervision
- Ensure the highest quality of customer service is provided to all guests daily
- Analyze reports and records to establish accuracy and summarize meaningful results
- Exercise sound judgment in establishing plans, policies, and procedures within approved budgets
Requirements
- 1-3 years of leadership experience, including handling guest or coworker concerns
- Great people skills with the ability to resolve issues with social sensitivity
- Ability to collect and analyze information from various reports and records
- Sound judgment and the ability to act independently within company goals
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including at least one weekend per month
