Store Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the Kwik Star team to achieve daily goals and ensure store profitability
• Recruit, hire, and train coworkers to maintain high performance standards
• Oversee merchandising, inventory control, and general store supervision
• Ensure the highest quality of customer service is provided to all guests daily
• Analyze reports and records to establish accuracy and summarize meaningful results
• Exercise sound judgment in establishing plans, policies, and procedures within approved budgets

Requirements

• 1-3 years of leadership experience, including handling guest or coworker concerns
• Great people skills with the ability to resolve issues with social sensitivity
• Ability to collect and analyze information from various reports and records
• Sound judgment and the ability to act independently within company goals
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including at least one weekend per month
