About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Mall Of America store to maximize productivity and profitability through high-performing team building and operational excellence.
  • Model brand behaviors and coach the team in real-time to ensure a premium client experience and high service standards.
  • Drive clienteling and omni-channel strategies, including CRM usage, proactive outreach, and achievement of KPIs such as conversion and AOV.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a diverse team, providing ongoing coaching and performance management.
  • Take full ownership of store financial performance by forecasting, planning, and analyzing business trends to implement action plans.
  • Oversee all operational procedures, including scheduling, payroll, inventory integrity, and loss prevention compliance.
  • Ensure visual merchandising directives are executed consistently to create compelling brand storytelling.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail leadership experience in a store or service environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM and clienteling tools.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs and perform tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.

  • Experience in luxury or premium retail environments.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
  • Social media literacy and understanding of virtual selling trends.
