About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver topline sales through customer obsession, operational excellence, and visual execution
- Manage financial health, including payroll, expense targets, and inventory management
- Develop strategic action plans for monthly, quarterly, and yearly business goals
- Source, hire, and develop diverse, high-functioning teams
- Coach and motivate staff through individualized development and succession planning
- Execute monthly floor sets and maintain high visual presentation standards
- Drive productivity through strategic scheduling and strong operational controls
- Protect company assets by managing internal and external theft and shrink
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Proven track record of hiring and developing effective store teams
- Strong operational and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to climb ladders and move regularly throughout the store
