Responsibilities

  • Deliver topline sales through customer obsession, operational excellence, and visual execution
  • Manage financial health, including payroll, expense targets, and inventory management
  • Develop strategic action plans for monthly, quarterly, and yearly business goals
  • Source, hire, and develop diverse, high-functioning teams
  • Coach and motivate staff through individualized development and succession planning
  • Execute monthly floor sets and maintain high visual presentation standards
  • Drive productivity through strategic scheduling and strong operational controls
  • Protect company assets by managing internal and external theft and shrink

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Proven track record of hiring and developing effective store teams
  • Strong operational and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to climb ladders and move regularly throughout the store
