Store Leader

Responsibilities

• Deliver topline sales through customer obsession, operational excellence, and flawless visual execution
• Manage the financial health of the store, including payroll and expense targets
• Develop strategic action plans to drive business growth monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Source, select, and coach high-performing talent through individualized development plans
• Execute impactful monthly floor sets and maintain high visual presentation standards
• Drive productivity through strong operational controls, strategic scheduling, and inventory management
• Protect company assets by managing internal and external theft and inventory accuracy

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams
• Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to climb ladders and move regularly throughout the store
