Store Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage daily team tasks, set individual goals, and provide training to support staff development
• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing sales, promotions, operations, and accounting
• Assume all store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager
• Supervise department managers, staff, and customer service standards
• Generate statistical and narrative reports regarding store activities
• Coordinate with product and visual teams to oversee in-store displays and maintenance
• Implement global and regional plans to enhance sales performance and the consumer experience

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher
• 4+ years of retail experience
• 1+ years of management experience
• Strong communication skills and a passion for service
• Ability to work flexible retail shifts in a fast-paced environment
• High energy and a passion for sports and movement
